David Filsell  ~ Tenor

David Filsell, joined the GBS in 1971, soon after moving to Wales. His particular interest is in 16th and 18th century choral music (including hymnology) and he has indulged this by singing also in other groups at different times. Other interests include travel, eating, local history, literature, walking, DIY and vintage and classic motoring, collecting and motoring history, on which he has various writings published. His career was in health service administration and after early retirement, he became a partner in a local Home for the Elderly, but he is now fully retired and enjoying his hobbies.
