Tessa Ansell ~ Alto

I started singing in the Southend Junior Co-op Choir at eight years, looked after by my older cousins. I was an alto, because they were! The conductor was Madame Freda Parry, a dramatic Welsh lady, niece of the composer, Sir Hubert Parry. After singing in many choirs, here I am, a member of Gwent Bach Society, the friendliest choir ever.

I enjoy playing the piano and trying to play my cello. I love the arts and sport, especially the Arsenal football team.
